Counting sheep to fall asleep

I cross my arms quickly I

Unfold

I’m on a bus now

In the middle of O. High. O

I’ve got a buzz now

In Detroit or so I’m told

I guess I’m stuck with you all for now

I feel my heart. Beat.

In the center of my lungs

I know I can’t breathe

But don’t you pull that plug. Now

I’m moving west. Bound

Moving on up

into a shadow

And I guess I’m stuck with you somehow

I’ve got a blood. born, pathogen start up the car and. don’t ever part with me I’ve never really been. Been too far, far from the start

and I need a new part.

I’ve got some blood than. Just need a new heart

I cross my arms again. Folded in a new start

Take a deep breath again. I know you know the next part

Counting backwards from 10. White coat lets go of my arm
